Fitted Pigeon netting around our solar panels in October 2024, but a section came down after just 2 month. I'm still waiting for them to come out and fix it 6 months later. Dozens of unanswered phone calls, text messages and emails. I hope Lee does the right thing and contacts me to arrange a fix so I can add a happy ending to this story.

Now i have time to sit down and leave a message Lees team did really well the communication was bang on! The work was great done on time too very reliable and sound lads will definitely be using this company again

Generally good but poor communication. I cleaned out lower level gutters myself because they forgot to. Last part of the job supply and fitting blinds for the roof lights not done and failed to communicate on that. After some delay I ordered the blinds myself.

As soon as money had changed hands communication was nonexistent and I did not get was was promised. I needed a roof inspection and a quote. I was told it would be £150, but that I would be receiving a 'detailed report'. The inspection was done, I assume fine (I wasn't there), and I was asked to pay before receiving the report. However instead of getting a report I got a short paragraph on the sales invoice describing the issues. This had many typos, didn't make much sense, and also had the wrong address named on it. Since then I have emailed three times, texted, and called. Zero response.

Lee and his team were very easy to contact and did the work very quickly. Initially, we had a leak which they fixed for a very reasonable price after we had another quote of more than triple. The team then fitted a velux for us. They sorted the sourcing after we provided a spec. Very easy process and really happy with their work. Thanks again!
