  All trades at brilliant standard with a smile

  Top quality, brilliant service. Irv’s friendly, helpful, chatty, heads on and can do literally anything. We needed help with plumbing, removing fittings, fitting kitchen equipment, electrics too, he took a quick look, knew exactly what to do, itemised everything in his bill, even fixed a few extra things he noticed that I hadn’t. Absolutely top quality bloke and will be my first port of call, turn away for a minute and he’ll fix it all before you know it

  Review from bathroom work completed.

  Great experience from Irv for sorting my bathroom panels and radiator. Paid upfront for materials and everything was ordered and installed quickly to a very high standard! This isn’t the first time I have had work done and never had an unpleasant experience. Will continue to use for all my property maintenance.

  Professional with bespoke finish

  After moving in to a new build property, LWS property management helped me with some outside electrical socket installation, I received a quote with explanation of work, he used all the relevant electrical equipment needed, and when he installed it I was extremely impressed with the quality of workmanship I had my TV put on a stair wall the, he was very clever with hiding the cable behind the wall encased tidily. I have asked him to return to do my bathroom. I would recommend him to cover jobs needed, the finish is immaculately polished & bespoke, great advice on how work should be completed.

  Removed inbuilt fridge/worktop, refitted space for larger freestanding fridge, painted and tidied.

  Irv did an outstanding job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He removed my inbuilt fridge and worktop and completely transformed the space to fit a much larger freestanding fridge, all with a really clean, high-quality finish. He also took care of some painting, which was done to a great standard, and made sure everything was properly tidied up afterwards. On top of that, he handled a couple of extra jobs at minimal cost and even gave up his own time over the weekend to get everything done. Reliable, skilled, down to earth, and a pleasure to deal with.
