Liam and his work colleague are a terriffic find. I have used them for last 2 years approx and reccomended him to a friend who has some student property and they are equally pleased with the results This pair of gentlemen come on time, v tidy, clean and careful workmen and put things back as they found them. I couldnt be more pleased with the results and would highly reccomend them.

A big thank you to Liam and Tatty, brilliant work, very friendly service, prompt, hardworking, honest, cleared up beautifully before leaving each evening. Having been let down by so many builders in the past this level of service was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to have building work carried out, my only regret is not using LXD Property Maintenance before!

Liam and Tatty were brilliant! Not only did they do a first class job the 4 internal doors, they also gave me advice about my balcony and fixed an external door. I have called on Liam's skills a number of times now and will certainly be asking for his help in the future. Lovely people, great attitude, friendly, professional, hard working.

Liam organised for himself and 2 other workers to redecorate my flat. They were all hard working, professional men. I asked for extra work to be done i.E. Put up 2 blinds, replace mastic around the shower, several windows and the bath, tighten loose fixing etc Nothing was too much trouble. AND when I arrived late and tired they found me a cup and made ME a cup of tea! They completed the work on time and did a first class job. Would definatly employ them again and highly recommend them.
