Emergency response for malfunctioning alarm
Lloyd was incredibly helpful. He responded immediately to my request for help with a malfunctioning alarm and talked my tenants through the issue on the phone and successfully resolved the issue. Great response.

Joey came to repair our gates AFTER HOURS the same day I called him Very pleasant and explained everything well Repaired the gates and did not leave till after 9.00pm Excellent service from start to finish Very much appreciated

Lloyd should be classed as the 4th Emergency Service after helping us tame our house alarm at very unsocial hours. He was quick to respond, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Lloyd gives great service and is a really lovely guy. I would definitely recommend and will be contacting him for future jobs. Thanks again Lloyd!!

Lloyd contacted us on the day we posted our enquiry and arranged a visit for as soon as we wanted. Arrived on time and carried out the service replacing backup battery and ensuring everything was operating as it should. Gave suggestions for improvement with no pressure to take up these suggestions.
