    We're delighted to have found Lyes. He was booked to install a new kitchen tap but showed great flexibility in re-scheduling when the original tap was found to have missing parts and then having to attend to some other jobs around the house. He's professional and friendly and great at keeping us informed about when he would be arriving. Would definitely recommend.

    Lyes was very prompt, great communicator, fixed one issue on the spot and is coming back to handle a second for which a specialist part is required. Very helpful and professional and arrived with all the tools to get the job done on the spot. Strong recommendation!

    Excellent service from Lyes!

    Lyes came today to install a new boiling tap, kitchen sink, and toilet flush valve for me. He was incredibly thorough in the work he carried out and took the time to give me clear guidance and advice on how to use and maintain everything. He didn’t rush at all, and the price was very reasonable even though the job turned out to be more complicated than expected. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing work. Such a nice guy too, he really made my day with the quality of his work and his outstanding customer service. His skills and professionalism were 10 out of 10!

    Replacing Tap

    Lyes was very polite and came on time to replace a cloakroom leaking tap. The job was done in a professional manner , leaving the place clean and tidy. I would recommend him for further plumbing jobs.

My aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations.

I carry out all work myself and will be your single point of contact.

My customers appreciate that I work quickly, with a strict ethos of timekeeping, allowing projects to be delivered on time without disrupting your schedule.


Main work undertaken but not limited to:

Plumbing - from 1st fix to completion, General Plumbing, Plumbing Repairs, Installation and Repair of Radiators/Valves/Thermostats/Showers, Thermal Dynamics, Under Floor Heating, & Water Supply Pipe Repairs.

I also work with reputable professional trades that can provide electrical, tiling, plastering and decorations should they be required.
