  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

  We have had the worst experience with this company supplying incorrect size garage doors despite coming out to measure TWICE, and the customer service since has been nothing short of appalling. We have had the owner shouting and screaming down the phone, ringing our architect and bare faced lying and gaslighting us into believing it is somehow our fault. We have since asked around in the trade about this company and the owner to see if this was a one off experience but sadly it is not. We have had so much feedback from others about how terrible he is to deal with

  Amazingly dreadful service.

  Catalogue of errors since the doors arrived on September 1st and still don't have the right garage doors fitted. 1st doors to arrive were wrong size and wrong colour but as they had ripped out the old doors had to install them anyway. Huge gaps down the side meaning the house has been freezing ever since they were installed. New doors ordered with an 8 week wait. The day before the 2nd install date and Lymer phone to say only one door has arrived (how you can not tell when the box arrived is beyond me). Came to install the one door that has arrived....and its the wrong size. Poor service

  AWFUL! Steer clear - over 2 years of mither and STILL not resolved-Garage door and WINDOWS

  THE biggest regret going with this firm. EVERY single window and door had an issue (didn't fit, scratched, wrong glass, wrong opening side), workmen caused damage to our property (on camera and still denied). Local authorities involved at one stage as they kept keys and denied access to our own property! I wish I could upload photos of their terrible products and work (inc 2-5" reveals left exposed around all windows), loose glass with no gaskets for weeks on end, dinted frames fitted - A complete nightmare which is still not over.

  Fencing / Gates

  Manufacturing bespoke Composite Doors including installation with automated open / closing mechanism

  Where are my composite gates? We were going to order these through an alternative supplier, but the MD said they could make and install these within 10/14 days. On that basis we ordered them. We are now 6 weeks down the line and still no gates. We visited the factory last week, the MD wouldn't see us. One of the other managers advised the gates were in fact ready and would be installed tomorrow but the electrics to follow in Oct. We moved our diaries around to accommodate them. We have just had a call to say the doors are missing 2 panels so no delivery. You couldn't make it up. More lies!

  Fitting Electric Garage Doors

  Used this company as we are happy to support smaller businesses particularly during recent times. We had 2 electric garage doors fitted, although we are happy with the end product, it was not exactly as we ordered due to an error made by the surveyor when inputting the order. Lymer Doors products are of good quality but unfortunately the business and the way it operates does not match up to the same standard. The communication is very poor within the company, you constantly have to chase, the surveyor (MD) did not submit the order correctly, however that is brushed aside and blamed on the customer
