  New roof on main house and porch. Loft insulation and some new guttering.

  The work was not completed to a high standard. There was a leak in the lounge, the Porch was still leaking and the loft insulation was not completed . They left the loft in a mess. Also the box gutter to the conservatory and the main house was left with rubble from the old roof in it, which caused water to leak in when it rained. After a long time trying to get hold of them they come twice to sort out the problems. Still not resolved after months and now cannot get hold of them.

  Re-secure roof ridge tiles, re-site and replace other roof tiles and replace weathered gulley.

  I contacted Jon Evans at Lynch Pin Construction following the loss/displacement of both ridge and roof tiles in the winter storms. Jon had carried out roofing and window replacement work previously at my property and I had retained his contact details for future use. After my sending some photographs of the damage, he quoted me for the job and assigned a two man team to carry out the task; all within a couple of days. All work was carried out both professionally and tidily. Including the replacement of a damaged roof gulley which was brought to my attention on the day.

  Repair/replaced lead flashing

  The work was carried out at 9am the morning after the job was posted. The price was fair. The roofers that attended were polite and did a good job. They had some access difficulties but sorted these out with minimal fuss. I would definitely use again and was very pleased with the speed of response and scheduling.

  New roof and gutters

  Couldn’t be happier, communication was excellent right the way through the job. The guys really explained all my options and what was the best option. Job completed right on budget and once the had left my house and garden where made all clean and tidy. I’ve recommended them to a friend and she also has now accepted the quote and awaiting her work to be done

  Full new roof.

  After recent storm damage we decided to get a new roof. So glad we chose Lynchpin, they threw in new gutters and fascia boards as part of the price. Very efficient service, great value for money and we’re really pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend!
