Lynch completed our house extension and refurb, and we could not have asked for better. They were helpful and very knowledgeable about all components of the job, and no question or ask was a problem. They’re quick to respond and helped with the full process from planning, to inspections, to the build and after. From start to finish they were professional, informative, honest and kept us up to date with plans each week. They’re a well oiled machine, highly organised and everything ran smoothly and on time. Their quality of work is top notch, they care,and are committed and hard working! 10/10!

We met andy Sean in October and we was in complete despair, we was on the middle of converting a large building into a veterinary practice, the builders had left the project, the building control company had gone into liquidation and we was facing bankruptcy with a massive loan gaining interest and only a limited budget to complete, the guys absolutely blew this project out of the park, they arranged building control, structural engineers, liaised with architects, ventilation, lift installers, fire prevention companies, we could not believe the knowledge this company had I highly recommend

Andy the team at Lynch have just completed a renovation with loft conversion for us in 9 weeks! When we was told it would take that long we thought it would be a lot longer but from the offset Andy was very open and filled us with confidence, the work come in on time and on budget and we are over the moon with the standard of finish and service received, the whole team are great with lots of ideas and knowledge that really helped us throughout, I cannot thank Andy and his team enough, we are in and now looking forward to Xmas in our new surroundings.

Very prompt. Andy listened to what I wanted and his team delivered exactly what I was hoping for. The work done was to a very high standard and I am very pleased with the result.

Any and his team are ace! I had an emergency he came with no obligation at night to prop the building up while he encouraged me to get other quotes. The work started as soon as he said it would to a better than new standard and they were gone without a trace on the day they planned. Excellent to deal with and will use again without a doubt.
