Jimmy arrived quickly after our emergency call and completely exceeded our expectations. The job became significantly more complicated when we struggled to locate and access the property's manhole. Instead of giving up or rushing off, Jimmy stayed with us, worked through the problem calmly, and didn't leave until the entire issue was completely resolved.
