  Robert is very knowledgeable and a polite guy. I would highly recommend him and his company for any plumbing/heating work. Priced very competitively and he also finished the work quickly and to a high standard leaving no mess after. I would not hesitate to call him again for other jobs.

  Naprawa pieca / Repair of furnace

  Robert bardzo profesjonalnie wykonal naprawe pieca, posiada duza wiedze z zakresu swojej dzialalnosci. Naprawa zostala wykonana rzetelnie w krotkim czasie, bardzo starannie I czysto. Przed Robertem prosilam innych fachowcow o naprawe ale rzaden z nich nie potrafil znalesc przyczyny wadliwej pracy urzadzenia. Robert jest w 100% profesjonalista a do tego bardzo milya I godny zaufania osoba z pewnoscia bede go polecac. Robert very professionally did repair of the furnace, he has a lot of knowledge in his activities. The repair was made fairly in times, very carefully and clean. Before Robert, I asked other specialists to repair but the government of them could not find the cause of the malfunctioning work of the device. Robert is 100% professional and for this very nice and trustworthy person will certainly recommend it.

  Install new gas boiler and install programme controller

  Work done was exactly as we requested, including additional tasks requested after they had started the installation. This led to an extra day's work which I had no hesitation in paying for. Robert and his colleague worked meticulously and tidily with few breaks and clearly had the experience and knowledge about heating systems to cope with the unknowns that arise when installing a boiler in a 100+yr old bldg.. When it became clear we also needed a new controller Robert gave good advice that helped me choose the most appropriate one. I would highly recommend him and M4 for any similar work.

  New boiler fitted in loft instead of kitchen.

  I got three quotes for this job. One was very high one was not exactly as I wanted the job done and was also higher. The job was started on the agreed date and was finished a little sooner than expected. The work was neat and thorough. I asked for some pipework to be moved from where it was originally placed and was expecting an extra charge but there was none. I had a few queries which were answered thoroughly to my satisfaction. I had expected problems with a couple of awkward access issues but these were not a problem. Recommended.

  The Gas Engineer arrived on time and was very efficient and knowledgeable about the boiler. He was very helpful and happy to answer any questions during the service.
