The CCTV Engineer (Lee), arrived promptly & immediately proceeded to investigate, diagnose...& eventually 'cure' the root of the problem...(all whilst giving me a 'Beginners Tutorial' of the problem, from beginning to end!) All in all, I was extremely satisfied, & will definitely be calling on his services in the future!

Had an issue with my alarm over the weekend, which required a professional to resolve. I found M5 online, called, but didn’t speak with anyone. Then, unexpectedly I got a call back from them. We started chatting and I was told exactly what the problem was and what was needed to resolve it. I agreed a time, date & price….i was kept up to date by text and then had an earlier than expected arrival. Happy, friendly service, all works completed as agreed, so one happy client, who has no problem recommending 10 out of 10!

Lee is a very meticulous conscientious worker and ticks all the boxes He has all the latest hi tech tools, which adds to a very neat wiring job installation . I would have no hesitation in recommending lee to anyone and would use M5 Maintenance again
