We had a new boiler and pipes put in which required a box on our ceiling and new floor skirting.
Lica is fantastic! He is a perfectionist, he is attentive, he is communicative, and he is very informative when asking him about not just the current project but other projects. We trust Lica inherently and it feels like we've known him our whole lives. We will use Lica again and his attention to deal is superb. Thank you for everything, Lica!

Comprehensive House Renovations
Lica and his team have undertaken and managed numerous period property home renovations for me in the last 6 years including: Full redecoration (incl painting, wallpaper, flooring) Entire house repointing, new guttering, roof repairs/leak management Master bedroom suite reconfiguration incl new bath site and new shower room. Wardrobe rebuilding New cloakroom facilities Work quality and attention to detail has been exceptional. Lica and his team really care about the work they do, are skilful, thoughtful and respectful at all times. Punctual and show care for your property and family home.

A very serious and reliable person. Always on time, and the quality of his work is at a very high level. He installed the coving, painted the living room, and applied wall paper on one wall. The rezult was satisfactory. I highly recommend him.

Extensive bedroom renovation
I had a big refurbishment job with removal of chimney breast, changed ceiling and floor, plastered the room, installed vinyl click tiles and new skirting. Lica was very friendly and did a great job, thank you
