Emergency water-mains repair and Kitchen sink replacement and maintenance.
Our kitchen sink collapsed causing damage to the water-mains and kitchen so I contacted Mike at MAB Services, as we have used him previously and has always proven to be extremely reliable, skilled and fairly priced. He carried out the works quickly and to a high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again. Would highly recommend.

My Living room, bathroom, stairwell and kitchen was decorated.
Mike was very professional and always worked to a high standard. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the end result of our newly decorated home. We also had some tidying/general yard clearance completed outside which transforms the look of the house from the outside.

New window created and new kitchen installed.
Fantastic job carried out by MAB Services and Preservations. As always Mike is very reliable and tidy in his work. The stress involved was greatly reduced due to his courtesy and understanding. We are very happy with the quality of work carried out and would have no problem in recommending his services to others.

Renovation Work.
Mike is a very conscientious and considerate builder whom we felt fully comfortable carrying out the renovation works to our property. He was very mindful to keep the property in a liveable condition and always took care to tidy up after himself at the end of each day. Mike's pricing was very reasonable for the work we had done and the finish of his work was second to none. We would highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a trustworthy and highly skilled builder.
