Did the job the way they wanted to do it, not the way the customer specified. Always very good at coming up with excuses and reasons for doing everything the quick, simple and cheap way rather than doing it correctly. Failed to complete the ground works originally quoted for. Charged at least double what the project was worth.

I was on lock down and I couldn’t turn up at the job to supervise, there was no communication between me and the customer which made life hard and very frustrating , when I had the materials delivered, I tried to email and ring him with no answer and that was very problematic because I had to change the bricks to another type as the building company did not have enough of the bricks he wanted and he was happy with bricks when they were laid.
I had a gang of bricklayers who were out of work, I had them take over the job to build a garage as I was on lock down, the foreman of the bricklaying gang contacted me telling me that the customer was asking the impossible as he wanted us to build a garage of out squares to line up with the existing wall. He didn’t speak to the bricklayers or make them tea and he owes me some outstanding monies which hasn’t been paid. We did a good job on the garage as other professionals have looked at it.
