Our boiler failed to work and there was no hot water. Rang Mac & Rowe, who were recommended to us. Spoke to Jay and James came the following morning. He found the fault and repaired it very quickly. James was friendly, knowledgable and his communication during the work was excellent. Everything he said he would do was done and the area was left tidy when he finished.. Although Jay was not able to do the job, his communication on the phone was excellent also. Thank you guys. We will thoroughly be recommending you to family and friends.

Jay was very knowledgeable, turned up on time each day. everything was done very well in a small area. Courteous and polite. Rubbish taken away. I would recommend this company.

I returned home to find the old boiler was leaking. I got 4 estimates but decided to go with Mac & Rowe as they were the cheapest. He arrived on time and was finished by 3pm having cleared up and arranged for the old boiler to be removed.

Our boiler broke down leaving us with no hot water or heating. Not a great position to find yourself in February with dropping temperature. Phoned Jay explaing the urgency of the job. The very next day he turned up first thing in the morning and quickly and efficiently fixed the fault. Would most definitely recommend him for his professionalism and expertise.

Excellent service . Able to find the fault on the boiler and rectify it. Explained what was happening through each step. I would highly recommend this team for any boiler issues.
