I see a lot of positive reviews here so maybe our experience was exceptional, but he was a massive time waster and pain in the neck for us.
Came out to look at our tumble dryer and diagnose the problem then tell us what he would need to do (something relatively straightforward) and then just disappeared and never replied to messages, calls or emails. Just a waste of time and very frustrating in the end.
I'd recommend trying one of the other available alternatives to avoid that experience.

Hi, im sorry you felt this way from my service. However context is important and I did stress that the part was 6 to 8 weeks out of stock. No charge was applied at any stage so no cost was incurred but obviously inconvenience by no working dryer. I had no calls or emails as in the above message states. I did however have a text message which I can honestly say I missed for which I apologise. I sincerely hope you managed to get the appliance fixed and apologies for the missed message
