I had the air con regassed on my VW at MACH1 Automotive Ltd and couldn’t have had better service. Rang them on Wednesday, booked in for Thursday by a very knowledgeable receptionist. On arrival I was greeted by a mechanic who parked the car for me and directed me to the friendly reception area where I was able to wait (with air conditioning!) for the work to be carried out. It took the hour that was estimated and I was pleasantly surprised by the competitive price too. Overall wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Brilliant family run business and an absolute credit to an industry where there is often a lack of trust. Thank you for often going the extra mile. If you're a scum bag, and want to try it on with negative reviews in an attempt to get a reduction in price, or blame them for poor workmanship for a fault that you created - go somewhere else... Andy and the team are amazing. I would never go anywhere else...

They have transformed our old tree truck and made me a very happy bloke, it now goes up hills!! Great service and a great price, will certainly be going there again with our vehicles.

Great service .Had a coolant valve replaced on my A7 after a thorough diagnostic by Mach 1. When slight issue with hose clip caused further leak Andy was only to happy to fix on a busy Saturday morning despite me just turning up without a booking . All attended to with no fuss and back mobile in less than an hour . Really great customer service from Mach 1. See you again in a few months for service .

My wife and I have being using Andy and his team for several years. Today, a pick up from home, service/MOT and drop off. This takes time away from their work, but really helps. I would NEVER go anywhere else. Fantastic service. I've had occasions where Andy has personally gone out of his way to source parts that have saved me a fortune. Great service from a family-run company. He's busy, so don't moan about timings - plan ahead if possible. If it's an emergency, I guarantee that he'll do his best. 10 stars (out of 5)...

I recently took my BMW in for a vibration on the steering wheel , I thought it was suspension but the mechanic found a faulty back wheel tyre something I could have never found on my own because the fault showed up inside the tyre. So not only playing a part in possibly saving my life they out did themselves on what they charged me for the work they had to do to find the fault. They also kept me up to date as the fault finding progressed and treated me really well. I have to say these guys give you the Best in Class Service and take care of vehicle like professionals should.
