  Soil Stack Section Replaced with Boss Strap

  Wow! What a fantastic experience it has been having Mackie Heating sort out a leak in our internal soil stack. Brett came over to inspect to give a free no obligation quote. I asked if he could possibly start the same day and he was able to fit us in, immediately leaving to get the parts. Whilst unfortunately the first fix didn't take hold (the solvent wouldn't bind to the stack), Brett came around immediately the following morning to undertake the much larger task of replacing the soil stack section. Mackie heating absorbed the second call-out charges. Brilliant company!

  During survey we loved the ideas. Price very reasonable. Rachael kept us up to date at all times. On the day of the work the guys were just fantastic. Explained everything and job completed was very neat. Extremely happy

  Bathroom refurbishment after leak

  Well what can I say. This company came out and looked at the job. Quoted me a good price. Brett came out and did the job and then went above and beyond in fitting a new stopcock in a couple of hours. Previous plumbers looked at the stopcock and stood around for 2 hours talking about how impossible it was to do. He just did it and it works... The man is a legend The price was reasonable too. I am one very happy customer
