Polite and friendly, arrived on time and was clean and tidy throughout job. Gave demonstration before leaving.

I found Matt to be extremely professional, polite and informative. I've had issues with water pressure and a leaking toilet and needed my heating and water system checked and fixed. The work was carried out perfectly and no disruption or mess. Turns out Severn Trent supply was the main issue. After dealing with charlatan plumbers (3 past visits and never fixed basics) I'd highly recommend Matt as a reliable and customer focussed engineer that provides an excellent service. Thanks Matt

Matt installed a new boiler in a new location. He also installed new piping for the central heating system to replace an aging and problematic system. Matt provided great solutions to upgrade the heating in a practical and affordable way. In the 12+ years Matt has carried out work for us he has been reliable, trustworthy, personable and happy to explain all the details of the work to enable us to make informed decisions.

Matt, came out at short notice and swiftly diagnosed the problem. Repair was done in the following day efficiently and without fuss. A very nice guy and I'd recommend without hesitation.

Matty is great. He gives you a date and time and doesn't let you down, unlike some others do. He gives you notice of when he's due to arrive and doesn't leave until the job is complete. He definitely goes above and beyond. He was called to fix our leak, but also sorted other issues for us and serviced the boiler for us. He also talked me through and showed the issues he found. Because of this, the job took longer than expected because, but he didn't rush or cut corners. I would highly recommend and will be using him from now on.

Arranged to fit a new boiler, they explained my options and what was involved to carry out the work. Agree a price for the job. Agreed a date for the work to be completed and they turned up on the day as arranged. Covered carpets to protect them on arrival and got to work. Polite and professional throught the process, kept me informed of the progress through the day. Once all was fitted and ready gave me a demo of the controls on the boiler and thermostat and set everything up for me. Cleaned up after themselves and left me with a warm house. Happy to recommend them, excellent service
