After being let down by previous builders who quoted me Macram was recommended to me by a friend of a friend, they quickly came around (within 2 days) to take a look at the job, get to know myself and my husband and understand what we were looking for. What really stood out is that they offered suggestions in how it could work better for us, alternatives where cost savings were an option and were very open on how these savings would be reflected onto us. When leaving on their first visit, they left us with a brochure as well as an example payment plan, they were completely transparent.

They promised a high end finish and delivered. Ontop of my extension I asked them to renovate both of my front rooms aswell as install 2 media units aswell as a second kitchen and a replaster of the whole house. I asked also if they would be willing to come and re landscape my garden, while this wasnt instantly done as the request was last minute they made sure they came as soon as possible and yet again delivered to the same level as the rest of the work carried out.
