You agreed we haven’t completed any work for you directly and the review was left because you disagreed with our charges.
We have spoken to your tenant who confirmed that you accepted the charges prior to our attendance and that you haven’t been to the property following the work. The tenant has also confirmed he was extremely happy with the service received. The charges applied took into consideration you don’t have a service agreement with us and it was an emergency callout plus parts. Based on the above how can you review our tidiness, reliability, courtesy, workmanship and price (as you had prior notification).Please remove your review as it is unfounded and detrimental to our business’.
