MAC Services managed to reinstate power in record time frames following the failure of an electric meter. Difficult situation and just before the Bank Holiday! Serkan from MAC was fantastic providing qualified advice, coordinating UK Power Network attendance and saving us from costly and unnecessary repairs recommended by BG. Serkan and Martin worked overtime and did not leave until all was in order. The general manager Alex has been excellent answering all our questions and ensuring work is done to high standard. Great reporting from David too. Can't recommend MAC enough, fantastic work guys!
