He took from 9am to nearly 7pm to clean. We initially thought he was thorough but noticed the light great sofa looked discoloured. I allowed it to dry over night but even when dry the sofa Looked dirtier than what it had started at. I contacted him straight away and about three times he arranged to come again to rectify the problem - we re-arrange/cancel plans to accommodate him and he cancelled making excuses about the machine being broken and then his van breaking down. He said he would get back to me last week latest and now won’t respond to texts or pick up the phone. Very dissapointing

Dove carpet cleaner were amazing , after I picked up my car from a car auction it was a total mess and they came to my house and made it brand new , highly recommend

I have 2 young children who made a right mess of the lounge and landing carpets as well as my light coloured sofa and after trying all the usual stain removal products I decided to ask Dove Cleaning to come over. I'm very pleased, my sofa looks like new and the carpets are looking and smelling clean. I would definitely recommend them!

The service was 10/10. Demetre spotted out where all the stains were and made my carpet looking brand new again! Very professional and great customer service. Would 100% recommend this company, will be using again for the summer!
