Change a shower fitting
Arthur turned up suggested a replacement that would not need any new holes in the tiles, we agreed he would come back between 4 and 6 in 4 days, I requested he try for 4pm and Arthur made a special effort to get to us early. Very tidy a very nice person, we will be using him again and would highly recommend Maddox Plumbing. Very happy

Kitchen taps; cloakroom vanity unit.
Arthur was prompt, attentive and helpful with his suggestions; and a very personable and friendly tradesman. We were pleased to help him out. He gave up a lot of time over a weekend when he was clearly busy with other appointments. Very pleased with his responsiveness and communication: will keep him on our list, and we wish him well.

He was polite keep us well informed about the job. I didn’t know where the valve was so there we were trying to find it 10 minutes later Ethan found it. But over all fantastic job well done.
