I had a loft conversion done by a builder, after which we failed the Final Inspection. Subsequently, I fired that builder and began searching for a reliable builder to complete my loft conversion and address all the issues that Building Control had identified. After interviewing 3 builders, I decided to hire Vlad. Vlad was diligent and caring about my situation, and he brought a great team with him to finish my construction. He replaced the staircase to the loft ( which was the main issue), replaced all doors with fireproof doors, performed electrical work, and also retrofitted the outhouse.

Excellent and reliable work crew. Went above-and-beyond to complete the works to an excellent standard and worked within a small and difficult window (overnight) to allow minimal-to-no disruption to our guests and business.
