Emanuel misrepresented his experience and team and demanded more money after admitting he undercalculated. The workmanship was poor throughout (fencing, wall, and turf), despite repeated assurances it was correct. After taking over 80% of the payment, within a few days of when he was supposed to be completing the work, he abandoned the job and said it was due to ill health and could no longer continue and refused to refund us any money. Since then Other builders have confirmed the work as being terrible in their own words, substandard and will cost nearly £4,000 to fix. Avoid Avoid this person
