  Boiler Silver Service

  Highly recommended by a friend , from contacting and doing the work , a first class service . Gary explained what he was doing and the work he did, never saw my last company doing that. All paperwork easy to read , and a photo too. . Della his wife very helpful and communication excellent, they make a fantastic team. If anyone looking for a reliable, helpful and tidy with their job, go to no other place, than Magna Blueflame.

  Boiler Service

  We had our third annual Boiler Service. They are excellent from start to finish. A company that you can rely on . They are a very friendly company and the engineer also had time at the end of the service to discuss some possible additional work on replacing old radiators and repair work on some plumbing in the Kitchen. I was informed that when I was ready to proceed they would send someone out to provide a free estimate.

  fitting thermostat, service and immersion repair

  Communication was excellent throughout the process. Gary carried out the immersion repair and did a thorough service to the boiler. We had a wireless thermostat fitted, which failed to work the following day. Gary came straight out and alongside his colleagues was able to rectify the problem which turned out to be due to some old wiring issues. Gary stayed for 3 hours in to the evening until the job was completed with no further charge for us, despite the problem not being his fault. Would highly recommend to others.

  What a great service!

  From the booking in to the service itself, everything was great. The WhatsApp contact option on the website really helps and the response time is very quick. I contacted them mid afternoon after being let down by another company and Paul from Magna Blueflame came out the very next day. Excellent service and communication. Very refreshing given the amount of times you are let down by some trades! Would highly recommend this company.
