They told me I'd be better leaving the property for the day, yes, now I know why! They threw out two dimmer switches worth £50! The kicked over my TV's soundbar which is now irrepairable! Damaged a lampshade, but said nothing! They won't accept liability! Left gaps in conduit in bathroom! An area prone to steam & moisture! Stood in Bath to run cable without using a mat, bath scratched all over the place! Shower switch sticking out at the top! They came up today and denied any liability, and even called me a liar!! Never let this company in your door! I have photos & video! Avoid!

I was extremely worried about hiring an unknown company to carry out this work as I knew it wasn't going to be a easy fix. However I very quickly felt at ease when I saw the professionalism of the staff and the fact I was confident they knew their stuff. As I thought it wasn't a easy job but they got through it in good time and found all the faults which wasn't easy (behind walls etc) I am over the moon with the work done and I would 100% use this company again. The service from start to finish was excellent and at a fair price too.

Contacted Magnus Electrical Services regarding a replacement electric heater for my elderly mother who lives on her own. Quotation given in writing and no payment asked for up front. Installers were professional and turned up on time. My mum said they were courteous and friendly and cleaned up after they installed the heater. Sales invoice received after work completed - professional service which I highly recommend.

First class service. Engineer was tidy and polite.

Restored my faith in heating contractors.
