  Matt and his team were really honest about what work was needed and took the time to explain the problem and the steps required to repair it. Although our repair needed some exploratory work to find the root cause before repair, as well as some awkward scaffolding due to the layout of our property, the final bill was pretty much spot on what was estimated, honestly priced and we're really happy with the job done. Job completed within 5 weeks from initial enquiry, which was really good noting the time of year and really appreciated Matt fitting us in.

  Came to have a look at our roof: I needed 2 chimneys leaded, the ridge tiles repointed and a extractor fan outlet installed. Matt can to have a look, but after saying he could help, and numerous follow up emails, nothing. No communication at all. No answer on phone number listed either.
