  Block Driveway Repair

I hired David (Maidenhead Roofing & Building Ltd) to repair my block paving driveway where the sub base had failed in parts and a retaining wall on a flower bed had given way leading to the block paving moving. The interaction with David was great from start to finish. He provided a clear quote for the work, outlining each stage and how the repair would be undertaken. He was also here every day (unlike some firms who quote and then different people arrive to do the job) and communication was great throughout. His team were great, polite and kept the place tidy. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic landscaping job - my garden completely transformed

It was a pleasure working with David and his team to redo my back garden from a plan I had designed. They removed our turf and replaced with lovely brick pavers and gravel and slab pathways for a real country cottage look. They also cleaned and repointed our existing back and front paving. I was really pleased with the final result which was so much nicer than I expected. I can’t wait to get planting now to finish the overall look.

Emergency Fascia / Soffits / Guttering Service

  Posted 27 March

This company works to the highest standards and can be trusted with confidence.

The guttering of the my mother-in-law's bungalow was leaking water and required assessment and rectification. Damp was permeating the property and a surveyor's report indicated that rainwater was part of the cause. Dave Smith and his team investigated the problem and recommended that the entire guttering system, including downpipes needed to be replaced. This had to be done urgently including the insertion of eave support trays. The work was carried out to a very high standard which has contributed significantly to the appearance of the property and the amelioration of the damp problem.

  Timely response.

David was very helpful and responded quickly to sort out our leaking roof. It hasn’t rained since, but we are confident that it should be fixed. As with any ‘emergency’ one feels slightly held to ransom when it comes to find a quick solution. I feel that was reflected in the price. Anyway, it was important to us to get a timely fix and David and his team delivered.
