Our patio door would not lock. John came the next day on time. He carefully investigated the problem but it was not apparent. However, he continued with his work and found it. We were both surprised to see that the square metal link had warped slightly, thus throwing the lock mechanism out of sync. John was able to make an adjustment and put the lock back together to now work properly. He only requested a small payment but we increased it to reflect his skill.

Friendly person attended. I was very satisfied with the job he did. The job was very fairly priced.
