We had an excellent experience from the initial telephone conversation with Robert to book our removal date to the two men Aaron and Dave who arrived on time on the day. They were cheerful, good humoured worked tirelessly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all at Maidstone Removals we will be highly recommending you.

If removals is an art form, then these guys are the Rembrandt of their trade. From the initial visit to confirm quotation, they were efficient, polite and hard working. We took out the packing service and removals service which took two days and we weren't diappointed; all of our possessions arrived athe new home in the right place, undamaged and properly labelled. Thanks to all the crew for their hard work. You made the moving process as stress-free as you were able.

Had a good quote several weeks prior to move date and accepted this on line and had confirmation of my acceptance. Advised them of target move date, etc. Couple of weeks later, after further firming up on date, ordered packing materials from them which were delivered. I advised date was pretty much assured and was advised I should pay a week or so before to be sure. Next call, 6 days prior to move, asked us how it was going. I advised we were about 95% packed and we were all set and ready, and I just needed to pay. They then told me, sorry, we're fully booked. Big let down,very disappointed
