Very grateful to Russ for coming round and giving us a very thorough assessment and advice on how to proceed. Everything was explained very clearly and without any pressure to go a certain way with the options laid out and then left with us to decide which path to take. I would not hesitate to use this company should we proceed with any work. Very fast service as well - immediate response to my query and then the visit took place within a couple of days on a day of our choosing.

Thank you Russ for your services with fixing our dishwasher leak. After having problems with two different companies providing wrong information of the issue and quoting a lot for work that wasn’t required, Russ found the issue within minutes which was a loose water main connection causing a leak dripping through the ceiling into our shop. I have since checked and there’s not a single drop of water. Russ didn’t charge for his time as he is a local within our shop and kindly took his time out of his evening to help us fix the issue. Thank you.

Responded quickly

A complex job that involved digging up a hidden manhole, and jetting to remove a lot of blockages from our drains. Excellent work carried out quickly, and made good at the end. Really helpful

Russell arrived on time in a clearly marked company van and introduced himself. He listened to my description of the problem and verified the (quirky) route of the drainpipe under the kitchen floor. He also noted the smell. The old kitchen has been ripped out and (on prompting from me) suggested a simple reconfiguration of the new kitchen to line up the sink and dishwasher to give a straight run into the drain. He did not pressure me into getting the work done, but suggested the best time during installation to call him in to make the changes if I wished. I am very reassured.

Miles and Russell were truly excellent. Although not arriving at their original time, they kept me updated as to the progress of their previous job. They are very polite pleasant men who came across as professionals who really knew their job. They came after another company had not completed my job properly. They removed the trapped rods with an impressive piece of skill (Russell is a known expert at their removal) and completed the jet washing, did a CCTV survey and added a partial lining to help prevent future problems. All done in good time and very tidily. Thoroughly recommended.
