Quick and hassle free.

Within the work guarantee period, the roofers fixed the slipped netting with more substantial netting and secured it with ties. They worked expertly and efficiently and completed the work within an hour. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

From the outset, communication was very good. The job was more complicated than first thought due to construction and us being situated on a curved terrace. The job was done in January, with rain, snow and ice, all causing problems. Despite this, Dean and Luke, carried on and completed the job well, explaining everything as they went along. They were polite and friendly to deal with, to the extent that they have just replaced our next door neighbour's roof. Scaffolders did damage our extension roof, but Dean dealt with this quickly, even coming out in the evening to deal with a leak.
