    Reliable, professional and responsive

    I’ve used Maintracts for several years for plumbing and gas services at my rental property and they've always been consistently excellent. They are reliable, professional, and easy to deal with. They've carried out a wide range of work for me including a boiler replacement, and plumbing work during a bathroom refurbishment. Most recently, they completed a gas safety inspection and issued the updated Gas Safety Certificate on the same day. Overall, they are a very dependable team who consistently deliver a high standard of work and service, and I would happily recommend them.

    Excellent Heating Engineers

    Maintracts are excellent heating engineers. Over the last 3 years I have been using Maintracts for a rental property. The work has included boiler servicing, gas safety certificates and ad hoc boiler repairs. Their service engineers and admin team are experienced and efficient in carrying out work. Malcolm, who is part of the team, is exceptional at identifying the cause of issues and resolving them. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend.

    Quick and knowledgeable!

    I had a boiler issue this morning with low pressure (E119) and no hot water, and he was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to talk me through the problem clearly and patiently, and helped me get everything sorted quickly. Really knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring — especially when you’re stressed about having no hot water. I’d definitely recommend and would happily contact him again.

    Perfect

    Absolutely perfect experience - the plumber they sent was of the very highest quality. Communication was perfect, as was the work. Can't recommend highly enough (I also recommend asking for Jake)

    Thoroughly professional start to finish

    From start to finish, a thoroughly professional job. Oliver rang and quickly confirmed that someone would be able to come out to look at my elderly mother-in-law’s ailing boiler - she had neither heating nor hot water. Jack promptly attended and identified the fault. It’s an ancient boiler and several places he rang said that the part was obsolete. He had to travel a long way to a stockist who had what was needed. He returned and carried out the repair. He kept in touch with me throughout and was charming, friendly and helpful with my mother-in-law. Would not hesitate to recommend. .
