There were many problems with this company and their responses to our complaints, but the main problem was the misogynistic language used by one of their employees towards my wife. If a woman being told "excuse me woman, I am talking" is ok by you, then by all means use them. Personally, I am sure there are many other, cheaper and more professionally run companies, that treat their clients with respect.

Rather than cancelling, our team waited and completed a clean that took around eight hours instead of the four hours booked. We take allegations about staff conduct extremely seriously and investigated them fully, finding no evidence to support them. We do not believe this review fairly reflects the circumstances or our team's efforts.
