  Chris rang us to discuss our issues and promptly came to the house the next day. He told us his rates in advance so we had an idea of how much we would be paying. He was very thorough and explained why we had been having problems. He sorted the problem very quickly. We have no hesitation in recommending his services.

  We contacted Chris after we had a not good experience with our builders contract electrician. He came round the same day to have a look and told us what needed to be done. It’s a pretty tough ask to get someone to fix another’s mess, but Chris wasn’t fazed at all. We were impressed with his knowledge and had full confidence in his ability and he has a lovely friendly nature, always important when working in peoples homes. He came back the next week, as he said he would and did a great, tidy, professional job, explaining everything that needed doing. Would 100% use him again and 100% recommend.

  Contacted Chris as we were having issues with flashing lights. He called round a few days later, diagnosed the issue and visited again towards the end of the following week to complete the job. He did a good job, cleaned up behind himself and didn't appear to be concerned by our over enthusiastic dog. He kept in tough throughout the process, confirming arrival times and reiterating what the job entailed. I asked him to do an additional task which he happily completed for me.

  Chris was excellent. No messing about. Made the appointment with him, he came and done the job. I got my certificate the same day. Take heed tho. Chris did warn me about scammers, which I ignored. I tried to get cheaper but sadly got scammed. Listen to the experts, they know what they are talking about.
