No hot water on the en-suite
We needed new pipes for shower, tap and toilet installed for a new en-suite bathroom. At the time we were told by the tradesman that there will be a difference in pressure between the en-suite and downstairs bathroom when they are being used at the same time, specifically that the en-suite will have more pressure than the downstairs bathroom. However, having just completed the en-suite renovation, we have now noticed that when the hot water in the downstairs bathroom is turned on there is no hot water going through the pipes in the en-suite. Therefore the bathroom is not functional.

replacement of under sink trap
Eddie did a few small jobs, including replacing the trap under the sink, changing the kitchen tap and replacing a part under the bathroom sink. He was great to communicate with, courteous and professional. He gave me a quote for the works. I would happily use Eddie again and recommend him.

No running cold water in bathroom. Fixed the problem
Come round within an hour, really friendly very thorough and professional. Made sure he cleaned up after he finished the job and made sure everything was working before he left.
