Brick fireplace now looks lovely. Malcolm's quote was reasonable, the work was done in the time agreed and to an excellent standard. I'd been let down by a couple of builders so was relieved when Malcolm did exactly what he said he would do for the price he quoted. Will definitely be using Malbuild again.

Malbuild were Fabulous. They undertook all Elements of Building Work and I didn’t have to stop and get different Tradesmen all the time. They did it all - Building, Plastering, Rendering, Damp Proofing, Roofing, Flooring, Bathroom Fitted, Kitchen Fitted, Fire Place Fitted - The Lot!!!

Turned up on the day they said they would come. There was somebody there everyday, apart from rainy days. Didnt make much noise while carrying out works. Kept everything tidy and nice. Malcolm was a nice person to meet. No problems with payments and moneywise. Very proffessional.
