Internal aluminium door fitting
Great workmanship. Professional and avoidable. Alex has a bit of OCD so very much a perfectionist. Communicates throughout the process and ensures things are done how you want it done. Not there to take your money just because tries to be as cost effective as possible and if there’s a cheaper route he will let you knowVerified reviewerJob location: CM7RKwarteng S10 Builder

One of the best companies we've worked with. They made our renovation stress-free
They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Not only did they complete their work to an exceptional standard, they took us on the journey with them so that we understood the process and felt comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend them for any of your construction or renovation needs.Verified reviewerJob location: CM1Randrew B9.67 General Building

Knocking down of a stud wall, blocking up of door, blocking up of fireplace
The team were excellent, constantly in communication about what would need to be done and the timeframes to work, and have finished the work to a high standard. Nothing was too much for them. Would definitely use them again for future works.Job location: CM2RRebecca B10 Workshop Design / Construction

Malcon Group is a Chelmsford-based design and build company with over 20 years of experience. We design, supply and install kitchens, fitted wardrobes, media walls and bespoke joinery, and we build the extensions, loft conversions and renovations they go into.
Because one team handles both the design and the building work, you deal with one company from the first drawing to the final fit. We can show you your new kitchen or room in 3D before any work starts.
Interiors: kitchen design and installation, fitted wardrobes, media walls, bespoke joinery, bathroom installations and 3D design visualisation.
Building: rear and side extensions, loft and garage conversions, new builds, full refurbishments and structural work.
We provide full project management from design through to completion, working with experienced and qualified tradespeople. We cover Chelmsford, Essex and East London.
