Pat came out today to look at flies in the loft along with some droppings. He was in the house within 15 minutes of my phone call. He gave some great advice of what to do with the flies and what the droppings where. Really helpful and very friendly. Thank you Pat for helping us.

Great service from Pat at Malpass. We had a wasps nest above our front door. Pat was round a couple of hours after I contacted him and did the job quickly and effectively. Pat was lovely to have around and took a keen interest in what we, as a family, were up to with the rest of our site renovations; and gave my daughter a great overview lesson in the process he was going through and also wider info on bees and wasps which she found interesting and educational. If we have anything in the future, we'll be calling Malpass for sure!

Phoned pat and was very helpful and polite and I phoned him on the evening of the 9/8/22 and he was there for 11 am the next day (10/8/22). Very friendly and fast response and very good price. Would highly recommend for any pest control concerns excellent service with a exceptional response time

Excellent service. I called in the morning with a wasp nest problem. They came out the same day and had it sorted in no time. No mess, no fuss! I’m very pleased.

Pat was absolutely brilliant - arrived quickly to treat our nest, and then happily came back (on a Sunday!) to give us a retreatment as some wasps were still alive. Pat was friendly, informative and professional and I'd highly recommend his service.
