  • Conversion of freestanding garage into garden room/office

    The team did a complete overhaul of our garage including re-roofing, gutters, windows and doors, insulation, plastering and flooring. They have converted a run down space into a beautiful, airy additional room. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve from putting up curtain rails to moving things into the newly-constructed shed. While here the team also did some extra jobs such as re-plastering a bedroom and replacing some garden walls. The team were super quick and efficient, very tidy and just really great to work with. Thanks for doing such a fantastic job.

    Steve, Perry and their team did a brilliant job on our extension, the work was finished promptly to a high standard. We’re so pleased we chose them and highly recommend them. They are thoroughly hardworking guys and communicated brilliantly throughout the process, always answering our questions quickly and patiently. They are polite, friendly and considerate, and a pleasure to have around. They gave great advice and recommendations for tradesmen to help with extra work we needed. The completed extension is better than we ever imagined, thanks to the great workmanship and attention to detail.

    We cannot fault Steve, Perry and their team - our work was carried out to an exceptional standard and within the time frame specified (which was really important to us with two young children). We could not believe how quickly everything was done and at such high quality. Everyone was so lovely and considerate of our requirements. We would not hesitate to use Malthouse Construction again and have recommended them to our friends and family.

Malthouse Construction has been running for eleven years now, we have a wealth of experience from larger extensions to smaller projects. We pride ourselves on family values and complete jobs to an extremely high standard.

Myself (Steve) has worked up from an apprentice to an experienced builder in the 25 years working in the building game. My brother Perry has also done the same in the 20 years he's been in the trade, so I can assure you whatever project you were looking to complete Malthouse Construction can carry it out to a very high standard. We have both spent 3 years at Nescot and Guildford colleges, we are also health and safety tested for peace of mind.
