Mark was exceptional. It’s always difficult to find a trades person you can trust. The job completed without a hitch and everything left incredibly tidy. It was a smaller job than anticipated so it ended up costing less than originally quoted. I was really impressed with how well he looked out for all my neighbours too as water needed to be turned off for several houses to get the job done. I was really grateful for additional advice and following up with info after the visit. Would have him back and recommend him without hesitation.

The work was very well executed and Mark also gave me useful advice on how to reduce the risk of damage to the shower in a hard water area. Mark is very trustworthy, this is the second time I used his services.

I have used Mark before and was so pleased when I called him out for a rapidly dripping leak and he was there within 2 hours, he effected a temp fix whilst he sourced the new part and called and arranged the new replacement at a time of my convenience and fixed it under 20 minutes. Happy to recommend him and have done in the past.

Mark Symons quickly identified the problem, unlike 2 other workmen, and suggested a sensible solution. He carried out the repair carefully and efficiently. (This was a repair to a shower enclosure which had been incorrectly installed in my son's new build apartment.)
