Re batterning and feltting , then relaying tiles on ground floor extension .
M&B contacted me from Checkatrade and the job was done within two weeks. They offered advice and clear explanations , Four chaps came , which was enough to get the job done in one quite long , during which they all woked solidly , and politely with no unnecesary nose to upset neighbours . they tidied up and finished off very nicely . They also managed the fairly restricted area and limited parking well .

He does a great job
Absolutely excellent work , can't praise him enough. Kept us informed on what he was doing, nothing was too much trouble. He is a very pleasant man and would recommend him 100%.

Removal of very old concrete driveway and installation of a new block paved one
Mark and his team are amazing! Mark came the day after I called him to look at the job and provide a quote. The work was carried out the next week. Mark and his team are highly professional , hard working, reliable, polite and respectful. We are incredibly happy with the finished driveway and would highly recommend them. If we need further work on another area of the house or garden we would use Mark and his team again without hesitation. Thank you

Driveway and path to front door
Finally a builder interested in doing the work! Came out twice to refine the plan of what we wanted. The drive was edged with kerbs, a good base layer, then gravel on top. Paths were edged with paviours and having prepared the base well…including digging out some bamboo…the gravel laid down. A really nice job and a good experience of working with the MandBConstruction team.

Extension to an existing patio, matching existing stones and kerbs.
Job executed to perfection in one working day, four days after accepting estimate. Mark and his crew arrived exactly on time and organised delivery of equipment and materials despite confined access to property. The entire crew were polite and acted professionally at all times. Their attention to detail was impressive and their clean-up operation exceptional! B & M's motto seems to be "Do the best job possible" and they certainly do. Would recommend most highly.
