Fast in response and getting parts
Had british gas come over could not fix it. Was out of hot water and heating malik spoke to me on the phone asked me to show where it was leaking over a video call he ordered the part striaght away following day he inspected the boiler and changed the part leaking stopped hot water was up and running no heating explained the possibilty why no heating left it for a day to see if the heating works. Banging noise from the boiler and pressure was too high
I cannot thank and praise this lovely company enough for coming to my distressed mothers aid. He went out if his way to come on a Sunday to fix the issue and reassured us that he would come again if needed should the issue arise again.
