Linton did a lot of work at my home and the work was also exemplary. He was very tolerant of me being very picky and particular! He kept me updated at all times, helpfully resolved any issues with other trades people (e.G. Electricians), and always left the rooms clean and tidy. He comes highly recommended indeed!

Really pleased with Linton's work and attitude for our bathroom renovation in late-2023. Timely and considerate throughout, and finishing work to a high standard. Would recommend to anyone.

The job was to investigate a leak in a shower room which involved carefully removing four large tiles behind a shower valve including the hard wall. The valve had to be repositioned accurately behind four new tiles of a contrasting colour as the original tiles had been discontinued. I was kept updated throughout the process and each step was carefully considered and explained. The existing sealant around the shower was removed and replaced and a new shower riser rail was also fitted to complete the job. I would not hesitate to recommend ML Building Direct.

I will always use Linton for anything I need doing in my home. If he not able to do it, he will always recommend someone else and I trust his judgement. He recently replaced our hob and painted the kitchen and living room. As always the finish was to a high standard. Linton always arrives on time and is hard working the whole time he is on site. His service is friendly and very reliable. I highly recommend this business.

I recently had my kitchen fitted ny Linton from ML Building Direct and I was very please with the results. Not only his high level of craftmanship but also to be able to tap into his design knowledge the support I received in sourcing some of the items. He exceeded my expectation
