From start to finish a really professional and thorough service. Communication is clear and friendly - costs are well communicated upfront and they keep in touch with you throughout the booking process. The workmanship was excellent, a really friendly engineer who explained everything he was doing. He also made sure to check every part of the machine which meant the fix was actually cheaper (wire repair rather than a whole new panel) and he made sure everything was working before he left. Would 100% recommend!

Communication was excellent, from my first WhatsApp to them. Matt responded straight away, called me the next day & made an appointment for a few days later. They kept me informed on the day for actual arrival time, Mike found the fault quickly & repaired, tested & left in just over an hour. Very impressive customer service, care & price. I highly recommended M&M & will use them again for sure.

Very helpful and professional. Both the office and the engineer. Communication was excellent. The office kept in touch with me letting me know when the engineer was en route. When he arrived he was thorough and sorted out the repair. I would certainly use them again and recommend them

Matt was great at communicating about the job and Mike the engineer who came was punctual, professional and did a great job!

They were easy to get hold of (I rang at a weekend). I received a quote straight away and once I had accepted it I got an attendance date and time. There was a slight delay arriving on the day but I was kept informed as to what was happening. He arrived with the correct replacement part and able to fix it on the day.

Absolute professionals. I had a 10/10 experience with these guys, they are polite, informative, knowledgeable and fair. They even charged me less than quoted as they didn’t need to spend as much time in my fridge as they initially thought.
