  My wife and I had been wanting a dormer in our attic room for years but we never thought we could afford it or whether it would be worth it. WOW! This has transformed our lives! The space we now have is unbelievable at an affordable cost as Rafal did what he called the 'first fix' of construction and my wife and I are decorating the new space we have ourselves. We are so pleased and happy with this wonderful new room, it feels like we have moved home into a palace!

  Top marks for Rafal and his team, they were super! Couldn't believe how efficient they were and how they transformed the space in our backyard to a useable beautiful decking area and built a small outhouse for when I work from home.

  Rafal and the team were amazing. Great communication at every step of the process, with regular check ins to keep me updated at every step. The quote was really detailed and clear, they delivered the work on time and on budget, despite additional problems appearing along the way (not down to them - just an old house). They went above and beyond to rectify these issues at no additional cost. Also offered tips/tools if I needed them for my own DIY projects. Overall a pleasure to have them in the house and the cleanest/tidiest builders I've ever met - they even washed their own coffee mugs!

  Beautiful Edwardian style conservatory and lean 2 just fitted in our new home by Rafal. He and his team were extremely helpful in getting this project off the ground, since we purchases our new home in December we've struggled to get this project off the ground. Rafal put a comprehensive quote together quickly and was able to start work almost immediately after being let down by so many other builders. Can't emphasise enough how much I admire he and his team's work ethic. A real pleasure to work with him and results are fantastic!
