Had my boiler seviced very efficient and very polite

Exceptional. Have struggled for a while to find someone who understands underfloor heating to repair faults, previous engineers have made it worse. This team knew exactly what to do. They understood the system, found economical fixes by knowing the system. The fault was blown fuses which they replaced same day and got it working. Great service at good prices and came out within a week. Can’t ask for more.

Engineer Wesley and his apprentice could not have been any better. Great response time. Great service and boiler issue fixed within an hour with a smile. Even talked me through the problem with my boiler so I learned a lot. 10/10 thanks M&R team. Highly recommended

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. They were extremely efficient, professional & courteous throughout my dealings with them. I needed a replacement boiler urgently. Within 24 hours of contacting M & R Plumbing, I received a quotation & 48 hours later they commencing removing my old boiler and replacing it with a new one. The installation team were fabulous & left everywhere clean & tidy. They even stayed until after 7 p.m. checking that all radiators had been backwashed & were fully operational with no airblocks. Undoubtedly the best & most efficient plumbers I have ever used
