The lead flashing around my chimney need replacement.
The roof was leaking, my living room ceiling had water stains. The guy from M&S turned up and said the Lead flashing around the base of the chimney required replacement as it was old and cracked. He replaced the lead, the following Sunday and it has never leaked since. He was very efficient and tidy. Roof valley rebuild
Sam was quick and confident in diagnosing the issue. The price was good. Despite serious personal issues, the work was done in a timely way. Although more than a day was required, the house was always left secure and weather-proof.
