Very happy with the team that came and installed our new roof, very professional polite and courteous, had a complete new roof installed on our property, excellent craftsmanship and everything was left immaculate. Highly recommend already passed on to a friend who needs work doing.

Repairs were carried out with little fuss and all mess was cleaned up prior to leaving, all repairs were completed in a single day, would use this company for future work, scaffolding was organised by M and S roofing to save me the hassle

The lead flashing around my chimney need replacement.

The roof was leaking, my living room ceiling had water stains. The guy from M&S turned up and said the Lead flashing around the base of the chimney required replacement as it was old and cracked. He replaced the lead, the following Sunday and it has never leaked since. He was very efficient and tidy. Also the price was very reasonable.

Roof valley rebuild

Sam was quick and confident in diagnosing the issue. The price was good. Despite serious personal issues, the work was done in a timely way. Although more than a day was required, the house was always left secure and weather-proof. Job completed to a high standard and the site clean and tidy.
